RE: Introducing Ericka Holguin Marmolejo

 

Dear Residents and Family Members,

 

We are pleased to announce that Ericka Holguin Marmolejo will be the new Executive Director of the Aristocrat Assisted Living Community in Las Cruces starting January 4, 2021. When former Executive Director Marilyn Lumsdon announced her retirement, we retained MedBest, Inc., a national executive search firm specializing in the long-term care industry, to assist in finding her replacement.  We had a large number of highly qualified applicants, but Ericka, with her enthusiasm and experience, stood out immediately.

 

Most recently, Ericka was the Executive Director at an assisted living and memory care community in El Paso. During that time, Ericka had exemplary regulatory and staff-relations records, and was highly regarded by residents and family members for her devotion to quality of care, leadership, organizational skills, and her ability to communicate. Her passion is working with the elderly and making a difference in their lives. As you will see, her energy, motivation, and intelligence come across immediately.

 

Ericka was born and raised in El Paso, Texas. She lives in Santa Teresa, New Mexico, with her husband and two daughters, ages 11 and 23. In her spare time, she enjoys her family, the outdoors, and cooking.
